Melissa Etheridge's former domestic partner Tammy Lynn Michaels is seeking full custody of their 3-year-old twins, TMZ reports.
According to the site,Lacoste, she has filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court asking for full legal and physical custody of children Johnnie and Miller, as well as spousal support.
Michaels recently blogged that she was blindsided when Etheridge filed for dissolution of their domestic partnership July 2. In her papers,Calvin Klein, Etheridge stated that she wanted joint custody of the children.
Etheridge and Michaels became domestic partners in August 2005. They announced their split in April.
